In this session we do a deep dive into epicenters in the business model canvas. What are epicenters? How do they work and how do they help you do business model innovation?
The session is super practical, and after a quick introduction talks through lots of business model examples from different tech startups. For each business model example I talk about what I think the epicenter is and where the weight of the company’s attention is.
Finally we look at how you can use epicenters to nail your business model design – both to build a great business model, and secondly as a way of working out how to attack the business models of incumbents.
